Took your feedback into account and fixed several things you mentioned.
Turrets are now immortal
Fixed settings that sometimes reset to default
Fixed weapon reload
Fixed double item pickup
The collectible card in the log can now be obtained
Also added autosave every 3 minutes.
Everything is already in-game.
