Demo Disc v1.0.2 - Small Patch

Hey Coco Crew! We're rolling out some new graphics settings to help players with lower-end devices, as well as some small level tweaks.

New Graphics Settings

  • Render Scale slider

    • Slider that controls the quality of the game's rendering while keeping the UI high quality.

    • x 1.0 = default quality, x 0.1 = extremely pixelated

  • Screen Ambient Light toggle

    • Toggles the ambient lights on the Cocoboy CRT, Laptop, and VHS player CRT screens

    • The calculation for displaying each screen's color on its respective ambient light is somewhat CPU intensive, so disabling this should help give a couple spare FPS to lower-end devices.

Fixes

  • Removed unintended Gormless Shroom from the middle of Lost Attic Floor 1

    • This was leftover from testing while producing patch 1.0.1

Adjustments

  • Removed various cracks in walls in Coco Coast which falsely implied them to be breakable

  • Added bullet-shaped wall decals to certain areas in Coco Coast to hint towards using Hatgun

  • Added a Beach Ball to the right end of Lost Attic Floor 1 as it felt empty

  • Added a couple missing “Secret!” sound triggers to Coco Coast
