Dear Players,

This is the official apology notice from The Ninth Museum.

Firstly, we deeply apologize for the bugs and issues that occurred during the initial launch of the game, and have quickly completed all feedback bug fixes. If you still encounter any problems, please join our official group chat for feedback.

Secondly, based on player feedback, we have adjusted the pace of the early stages of the game to enable players to have faster access to explaining cards, optimize automated business processes, and avoid tedious explanations.

Thirdly, we are actively addressing the issue of adapting the Steam Deck controller. If there are no other bugs that need to be fixed, it is expected to be completed within one week; If there are other bugs, it will take at least half a month. We will complete the adaptation as soon as possible.

Fourthly, we sincerely apologize again for the localization translation errors reported by players in foreign regions, especially in English speaking areas. This issue has been highly valued by us, and the review and correction of localized content will be carried out simultaneously. After completion, an announcement will be issued.

Thank you to all players for their attention and support! We will continue to optimize the game and bring a better gaming experience to everyone.

Sincerely,
The Ninth Museum Team
