Just some small fixes and optimisations in build 1.6.1.

Exiting should be back to being clean and quick.
Leaderboard stays behind pause/option menu.
Mode, chapter and level shows in pause menu.
Game progress reset in settings working again.
Optimised code to improve frame rate.
