If your Bulletin Boards felt a little empty lately, we found the culprit.
The problem: Expired quests were turning into "ghosts"; they disappeared from the board but were still taking up slots in the background. In the long run, the system thought the board was full and refused to post new quests.
We’ve fixed the logic to properly flush out expired quests. Bulletin Boards are back open! No more excuses... There's work to be done for the good of the factions (and your wallet)!
