Beam Eye Tracker v2.4.2 is here, now with an upgraded API & SDK v2.0 for seamless game integration and foveated rendering support for game devs.

New API & SDK v2.0 Brings Powerful Upgrades for Game and Extension Developers


- Foveated rendering support for more frames along with dynamic user interfaces for less visual clutter.
- Ability to start Beam and initiate eye tracking directly from within the game or extension.
- Improved camera controls with significantly lower latency. Easy recalibration and recentering functionality.
- Includes ready-to-use samples for quick integration into popular game engines.

User Experience Enhancements


- Eye tracking overlay now scales with screen size for a more consistent experience.
- The demo no longer expires after 14 days. Playtime is only counted when the webcam is active.

Bug Fixes


- Resolved crashes occurring on PCs due to folder names containing special characters.

Deprecation Notice


- SDK v1.0 will be deprecated starting September 2025. Please update your integrations to SDK v2.0.
