Updates & Changes

• Added Endurance settings for Sandbox (Recovery Speed, Decline Speed).
• Updated Lieutenant Abilities that unlock buildings to also give a discount on these buildings.
• Added ability to use WASD to navigate in the Research Tree.
• Added tooltips to Gang Leader dialogues informing the player why some dialogue options are unavailable.
• Added an additional marker to the Prison showing the number of Lieutenants currently in it.
• Various small adjustments to the Tutorial.
• Capo's custom nickname will now be used in dialogues.

Balance

• Shortened Prison sentences for your Lieutenants by 30%.
• Added a delay to the money-rotting mechanic in Caches. Now it will activate after 3 months of construction.
• Made City Building prices higher in Legal Money.
• Lowered the healing speed in buildings (5 Days - Hospital, 15 Days - Residencies, Churches, Cathedral).
• Lowered Enemy Gang Power and attack frequency in the ‘Needs and Fears’ campaign.
• Turned on Expiring Events, Market, Lieutenant Allegiance, and Gang mechanics in the first half of the ‘Needs and Fears’ campaign.

Audio

• Added audio cue for canceling building construction.
• Added audio cue to inform the player that he might lose the combat encounter soon.
• Small audio improvements.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed: In certain cases, Endurance wasn’t recovering for Capo and the Lieutenants. (thank you, Penguib).
• Fixed: Sometimes Weapons disappeared from the Enemy City during a Gang Deal.
• Fixed: Some Localization and technical text issues.
• Fixed: Lieutenants could heal during Combat in some cases.
• Fixed: The lieutenant that escaped from Prison remains inactive.
• Fixed: Weapon Marker appeared on the Combat Bar when there are insufficient weapons.
• Fixed: During a CIA attack, not all of the Weapons in the Combat Area were used.
• Fixed: Residencies and Hotels stopped taking money from Caches after Combat.
• Fixed: Incorrect ‘Dealer’ Ability description.
• Fixed: Katy Reyes gave herself additional power with the 'Heart of the Family' ability.
