This update introduces improvements to progression systems, UI clarity, and overall balance.
We’ve also refined several core mechanics to improve the player experience.
Upgrade system fully implemented
Rank Up animations (SetpFive implementation)
Visual feedback for missing resources (now displayed in red)
Professor traits are now fully visible in the recruitment menu
Added student spot animations in classrooms across all ages
Mana room added across multiple maps
World Map visual design polished
Glyphite economy rebalanced for:
First inspector visit
Second tax
Students returning after graduation now only re-enroll if suitable classes are available at their level
Admission Panel tooltip updated (no longer displays “Gold/Cycle”, now reflects recruitment cost properly)
Mana variation display updated (now shown as value/sec instead of per cycle)
Graduate Panel buttons are now fully translated
Improved corridor visuals and overall environment readability
Student stuck at the school entrance with incorrect counter
Duplicate students appearing in the academy (e.g., Veyra, Zoe)
Ability to start a game on an unintended/blocked map (Château Coline via arrows)
Errors when disabling the Trial Room while students are waiting to graduate
Inconsistencies in gold counters displayed in-game
Rank Up animation disappearing too abruptly
Null reference issue that could block the game
Disgraceful wall LOD transitions
Corridor optimization issues
Visual bug causing Z-fighting on corridors
This update focuses on stabilizing progression and improving clarity across key systems, while also polishing visuals and UI feedback.
More improvements are on the way as we continue refining the Academy experience.
