Fall of an Empire is now live.
I'll be continuing to update the game with patches and new content going forward, and these dev diaries will keep coming as things develop. For now, go and play the game. The barbarians aren't going to crush themselves.

Fall of an Empire is now available on macOSHi all, I've just released a native Apple Silicon version of the game. If you're on a Mac you can download it from Steam the same as Windows. This is Apple Silicon only - M1 and later - on macOS Sonoma (14) or newer, with 16 GB of memory running on Metal.
