Don't worry guys, I'm still here, I was taking a small break from Toy Town Mayhem, to work on some other games, play some other games, and focus on some school. Anyway, there should be a small patch coming tomorrow, which fixes some things and adds some smaller features, such as:
Updated Shop
Emoji support in chat!
Better Discord Rich Presence support!
Unity Version upgrade
Bug fix for spectating (previously, Toon skins could not be spectated)
We're upgrading the Unity version from 6.0 to 6.3, which has gotten the game to be noticeably smoother. Unfortunately, this means the system requirements for Toy Town Mayhem have slightly changed. macOS 11 (Big Sur) is no longer supported and the minimum for Mac players is now macOS 12 (Monterey). I'd say it's still pretty fair though.
Anyway, after this patch, a new game mode is coming to Toy Town Mayhem (and I mean it this time, I'm actually feeling inspired)
In the next update, other than just the new game mode, you can expect:
More consistent lower delay shooting (it's already been coded and tested and genuinely feels AMAZING)
New sniper weapon!
I lowkey gotta figure out how to revive ts game, because based on the reviews, the biggest fault is that no one plays it, and if no one plays, then there's no game lol.
