Greetings Reapers,

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new initiative, the Wolcen Studio Playtest Program, a studio-wide commitment to community-driven development for our existing and future projects. And we’re excited to welcome you!

What is the Wolcen Studio Playtest Program?

This studio-wide initiative gives selected players access to exclusive playtests for our current and future projects* including Gods, Death & Reapers. By answering a short questionnaire on FirstLook, our playtest registration platform, you will be considered for the upcoming GDR Closed Alpha, testing the new versions of it and, in some cases, selected to dive into our games ahead of other players.

I've been invited to Gods, Death & Reapers Closed Alpha before. Do I need to sign up via FirstLook again?

If you were previously invited to a Closed Alpha of Gods, Death & Reapers, you will keep your access to all upcoming regular playtests. If you want a chance to join our playtests earlier or even explore upcoming games, simply fill out the FirstLook questionnaire and accept the NDA, if you haven’t done so yet.

I signed up before via FirstLook and filled out the questionnaire. Do I need to fill out the questionnaire again?

Your questionnaire answers remain valid. If you're selected for an exclusive playtest, you will be asked once more to visit your FirstLook profile, complete the onboarding and accept the updated NDA.

Please head to https://playtest.wolcenstudio.com to fill out the questionnaire. If selected, we will invite you to complete the onboarding. We will notify you if you have been selected to join the Wolcen Studio Playtest Program. And there is no need to register again until then.

How is this different to Gods, Death & Reapers’ regular Closed Alphas?

With this program, we’re launching exclusive playtests for our current and future projects still in development, which will allow you to explore them ahead of other players. To be considered for this, we’re asking you to answer three short questions and accept our NDA. Further instructions for each exclusive playtest will be provided to selected players.

By joining this program, you’ll help us shape our games through community-driven development. This goes beyond Gods, Death & Reapers and extends to future Wolcen Studio games.
