SteamVR has been updated with the following changes. SteamVR:
Fix a bug where directly launching an OpenXR title from Steam (without VR already running) could have unexpected behavior if the game creates multiple XR sessions with a time delay in between. For example, Blade & Sorcery.
Stop connecting to Steam for "utility" apps like MeganeX connector. This exception was broken a few versions ago, which causes SteamVR to appear as "running" to Steam even though it's in the background.
Fix certain UX bugs that could cause developer settings to show as black.
Disabled the gamepad driver by default to avoid a crash caused by certain accessory software. The driver can be turned back on in Settings > Startup / Shutdown > Manage Add-Ons.
