I’ve just added two new features to Roomballs to help players connect and stay informed!
The first is a News Scroller at the bottom of the main menu. I’ll use it to share updates, tips, and anything that might help improve your experience in the game.
The second is a Nearby Chat. This feature lets you send and read messages from other players within a 4,000 km radius — basically, an 8,000 km wide circle with you at the center. It works like a public board where you can coordinate times to play with people near you and increase your chances of finding matches.
Let me know if you think this is a good idea or if you have any suggestions. We need to grow and connect the Roomballs community — otherwise, the game doesn’t make sense.
