Thank you for participating in the Superball "Dawn Test"! Since its launch on April 24, we’ve been closely monitoring global player experiences and have collected invaluable feedback. The following issues have been identified:
- Germany Region Download Issue: Players in Germany cannot access the Superball demo on Steam.
- Localization Errors: Some players in European and North American servers see Chinese UI/text by default.
- Text Filter Overblocking: Players report being unable to set names or communicate normally due to aggressive language filters.
- Pre-Match Training Bugs: Progress and rewards for the "Pre-Match Training" tutorial are not granted upon completion.
Immediate Fixes:
All listed issues will be addressed in a hotfix patch deployed today (April 24). The update requires a brief server maintenance period. Exact timing will be announced via in-game broadcast.
