Due to the substantial volume of the cinema system and new creative script content—and to fully incorporate player feedback on demo version optimization—we have decided to slightly delay the release to ensure a richer content experience in the official version. The original Q3 release is now planned for Q4. We are aiming for an October launch, though the exact date may vary slightly based on development progress.
To help everyone get familiar with the new features sooner, we’re sharing a preview of two major new systems:
🎬【Cinema System】
Overview
The cinema system is a mid-to-late game feature unlocked by building a Distribution Department. We recommend building up sufficient cash flow and experience in producing profitable Scale C films before diving in—otherwise, expansion may lead to bankruptcy!
In the full version, cinemas will be distributed across 6 regions. Development in each region will gradually increase the number of available cinemas.
Each region has competitors; you’ll need to compete for market share.
You can schedule films weekly across 7 time slots, each with its own genre compatibility. Prime time fits all genres and delivers stronger box office performance.
Your goal is to acquire rival cinemas and dominate the region. Acquisitions are costly, but you can reduce costs and qualify by damaging competitor relations or improving your own regional influence.
💡【Creativity System】
Overview
We’re introducing a Creativity System for Scale D and above scripts, where you can apply “Inspiration” and “Emotion” creativities.
Creativity is represented via cards, unlocked with points earned from writing scripts. Larger-scale scripts yield more points; dual-genre scripts grant two types of points at once. During scriptwriting, writers will randomly generate creativities—but these can only be used in the current project and can’t be stored. Higher creativity stats yield better ideas. Larger-scale scripts unlock more creativity card slots, and creativity has a greater impact at higher scales. Of course, the writer’s skill remains the soul of the script!

The official version will also expand to 15 film genres, 150+ themes, and introduce IP sequel functionality. New departments like Marketing, Distribution, as well as Post-Production studios and Music Studios will further enrich gameplay!
