Fixed a bug with the last patch that caused issues with joining matches.

Nerfed the default Rifle damage from 34 to 30 to account for the previous movement buff.
Fixed an issue where custom skins/banners over 2MB could not be uploaded.
Custom image file uploads that are too large now give a proper error, instead of a generic server error.
Team color on the scoreboard is now represented by background color instead of name color.
The Knife no longer has 1 ammo, instead no ammo is displayed.
If you attempt to create a custom skin but are banned, it will no longer always give the error "Creation already in progress. Please wait." for subsequent attempts.
Custom image bans now tell you where to appeal (redmatchgame.com/account).
Attempted to fix a rare issue where players could not see their own banners.

Fixed a bug where having the same image as a custom skin and custom banner would cause the custom skin to not be able to be equipped.
Fixed a bug where the Cat Tail Waist had a "Sell on Community Market" button.
Added the /banners and /bannerurl commands.
Fixed a bug where custom skins would only load for players who joined the match after you.
Fixed a bug introduced in 1.41.0 where spectating players was jittery.
