Replaced the Grind Wheel ability with a new one: Grind a rare or higher item into 2 random common items.
Cooling Array now grants cold inflict chance instead of replacing projectiles with icicles.
Fixed an issue with Igor, Rust Glutton showing Health damage numbers instead of Max Health.
Decreased the frequency of idle voicelines and added a setting to adjust global voiceline frequency.
Fixed an issue with gemstone items activating at the wrong frequency.
Added a new language selector as it was not working on Linux.
Added mutations to the Codex.
Fixed an issue with undo/redo allowing items to be placed on top of each other.
Fixed an issue with undo/redo messing up levels after applying Rust Powder.
