An update about the AlcheMice Playtest

Greetings, alchemist!

The AlcheMice private playtest has already welcomed over 200 players since its launch on March 12th. The first wave brought in 100 randomly selected testers, followed a week later by another 100 curious players eager to experience the game for the first time.

Before you dive into today’s session, you’ll notice a required update waiting for you. This isn’t just routine maintenance, it introduces a fresh batch of content, including new cards, new characters, and enhanced animations, alongside important bug fixes and a much-needed tutorial revamp.

Important note: please make sure to uncheck the "skip tutorial" button in the game's settings.

If you’re wondering how long the private playtest will remain open, it’s currently scheduled to conclude in the first half of April. We’ll make sure to announce the exact closing date across our social media channels, so you’ll still have time to enjoy those final hours!

But before we reach that point, there’s something truly important we need from you. Your feedback isn’t just helpful, it’s essential.

This playtest isn’t just about playing AlcheMice, it’s about shaping it. Right now, the game is still evolving, still listening, still changing. And every piece of feedback you send has the power to influence what it becomes next. What you enjoyed, what confused you, what frustrated you, what you’d love to see more of, etc, It all matters. More than you might think.

It only takes a couple of minutes, but your feedback can leave a permanent mark on the game. Not sure how to send it? It’s simple. You have several options:

  • From the game’s main menu, just click on the envelope icon. It will take you directly to a dedicated form where you can share your thoughts, impressions, and suggestions about the playtest.

  • You can directly click here and you will get redirected to the said form.

  • If you're part of our official Discord server, you can leave your impressions in a specific channel called #playtest-feedback.

You will have access to this forum only if you have the Alchemy Apprentice role, which you can request by letting our Community Manager (@itsmmmmaria) know in the #general channel.

Thank you for playing AlcheMice, and for supporting our little team of four.

- The Red Mountain team 🐭
