Every ingot, plank, and rare component you spend on weapons is something you’re not using on walls or towers, so each craft is a deliberate choice. Do you arm a few elite defenders with high quality gear, or spread simpler weapons across the entire village so everyone can stand and swing when the battle horn sounds?
