Patch 1.13 v2 - Shotgun buff, Stability Improvements & Bug Fixes

Hello,

Just some simple stability improvements & bug fixes in this patch with a shutgun buff:

• Fixed bug where microphone icon (for indicating live mic) stays active even after leaving game

• Stopped tutorial dummy from being able to be killed before the pistol pull out animation has finished

• Improved lobby UI stability especially when going into tutorial

• Increased shotgun damage from 17hp to 25hp per pellet

• Stopped bug where lobby could die and host would be trapped inside the lobby host UI without being able to exit it

• Updated release version to 1.13 prod v2
