The latest beta build of Super Mega Space Blaster Special - 0.0.5b - is now live, it fixes a few bugs, upgrades the 'mines' power-up weapon and really streamlines the ships speed/fire rate stats making them easier and more fun to play with.
Improvements:
- Speed and fire rates have been changed on each space blaster to make the game more fun based on beta tester feedback.
- When using the 'mines' power-up the player now still fires their normal gun(s) whilst also laying mines.
Fixes:
- The mouse cursor is now turned off when piloting a space blaster without a turret mounted gun.
- Xbox 360 controller right stick is now correctly assigned.
- A problem where all text would remain in Spanish (regardless of language settings) on the main menu after first install has be fixed.
- Missing simplified Chinese characters have been added to the simplified Chinese in-game font.
- Corrected various typos.
