Loads of Great Press in Launch Week Plus Update 1.08 is Out Now!

Launch week went really well. We got loads of great feedback from players and some very positive reviews and articles from the game press. Check out our article about the media attention Super Mega Space Blaster Special has been getting.

We've also released 8 small updates since launch bringing the game's version number up to 1.08. These updates responsed to player feedback, addressed a few issues and added a feature. Read on below to find out what was included in these updates.

New Features:

• Left stick (for dual stick controllers) sensitivity calibration slider added to the controls menu.

Improvements:

• Added the new logo to the game.
• Added achievement check to loading of start menu screen. If something goes wrong during gameplay and an achievement does not register it will when you next go to the start menu.

Fixes:

• Fixed issues with some character voices saying the wrong phrase when collecting certain power-ups.
• Added sound FXs to the opening and closing of the Story and Leaderboards screens.
• Fixed bug where one challenge (challenge 16) was unachievable.
• Fixed wrongly labelled achievements.
• Fixed some language issues.
