Today we are uploading a much larger update than I expected for the game, as noted yesterday I thought that updates would slow down, when in fact they have sped up.
To explain yesterday my wife became a little ill and as such all my plans for the day where thrown out and so whilst making sure she was all right I worked on Starlight Drifter.
I ended up doing a power session, working on it all day yesterday, most of the night and then today as well... To the point where the game is now 99.9999% finished. That is to say everything has been included in this update with the exception of just two images, which will be added as soon as the artist completes them in the next couple of days.
This update to version 0.99.99 adds:
In addition to the updates to the game that make this the final version (minus the final image set as mentioned) we have also completed the Steam Trading Card designs and have submitted those cards to Steam for approval.
Based on all of this we have now set a full release date of Starlight Drifter for Friday 6th July 2018. The next main update for the game will be taking it to version 1.0 (by adding the missing images mentioned above).
If however you find a bug in the game, please post it on the discussion hub and we will fix those and post mini updates resolving them.
