Dear Foundlings, In the coming months you’re going to hear from us a lot. Mortal Shell II will be yours to play in 2026, and there’s plenty of details we’re going to showcase soon. So, as we march towards our first gameplay reveal, we felt the time was right today for a quick update. First, a long-overdue thank you. Eight months ago, Mortal Shell II opened the show at Summer Game Fest, and the outpouring of love and enthusiasm was an immediate shot of adrenaline. We have been humbled by your support - it gives us focus.
Many of you know that in June we also opened sign-ups for the game’s PC Beta on mortalshell.com. It’s been incredibly motivational seeing so many fans register their interest, and we’re building a Beta that we hope will reward your commitment.
Our plan is to open the Mortal Shell II PC Beta to everyone this summer. (That’s winter for our friends in the southern hemisphere). Before then, we’re going to run some very small, closed private technical tests on PC only. If you’re interested in taking part in these, fill out your details here. We cannot guarantee you’ll get access to our earlier test builds if you fill out the form, but we’ll try our best. If you don’t get access, rest assured you will when the PC Open Beta goes live.
