Thank you to everyone who played Epic Snails. Your support and feedback over the years helped shape this game into something special, and we're incredibly grateful.
Today we're announcing that Epic Snails is coming to an end. But the snails aren't going away. They're evolving.
We've taken everything we learned from Epic Snails and built Battle Snails, a brand-new premium game focused entirely on what you loved most: fast, chaotic tank battles with your friends. The code has been completely rebuilt to run on all modern machines with full controller support, Steam Deck, and the new Steam Machine. We've added a new map, with more on the way, and items and decorations are rolling out soon.
Moving to a low-cost premium model means we can stop worrying about free-to-play systems and just focus on making the game fun. That's all we ever wanted to do.
