Greetings fellow wizardkin, We're proud to present the Afflicted Apprentice Update! (v0.08.00) In this one, we've added a new playable character, Oppipi the Untried. He's a tiny guy with a big heart and a haunted past. He carries around a little scroll that can fit only a single card, but man does that card pack a punch! You can unlock him by somehow getting Cursed during a run. Ooooh spooky! In addition to that, we've also put in a bunch of new effects, cards and sigils. There's some really funky new synergies that make you crazy powerful.🪄 New Features
• New Playable Character: Oppipi the Untried. This Afflicted Apprentice is unlocked if you managed to get Cursed in a run.
• Curse: New effect that adds negative Boons to your cards.
• Purge: New effect that removes all Curses, Lock and Brittle from cards.
• New effects that interact with your different card Piles. 🃏 Content
• New Playable Character • 10+ New Cards
• 20+ New Sigils
• 8 New Quests
• Re-arranged encounters and added a few. 🍹 Quality of Life
• Hide Cast button when not enough cards.
• More clear card attribute highlighting.
• Auto-target your spell when possible.
• Pickup Sigils are blacked out after use. 🐞 Major Bugs
• Fixed OBS game screen upside down.
• Fixed some Quests not unlocking. 🌲 Evergreen improvements like rebalancing & bug fixes.

With this update, we're finally feature complete (kind-of-sort-of). What does that mean? It means we can focus completely on making new content, polish and bug fixing. Maybe we finally get to work on some music hehe. At the very least, expect a lot of new cards and sigils in updates to come. Cheers, Jonas & Daan
