script: fixed the VIP spawn rate which resulted in the VIP to always spawn on the designated maps, now set at 40%
script: only players escorting the VIP within a generous radius receive a reward ticket
script: The VIP will be bombarded by artillery if he's away from the frontline for too long
script: item delivery configurator adjusted
script: player marker color changer refresh time limited to one color change every 5 minutes
script: player marker color changer now also useable in WW2
AI: tweaked the VIP behavior
vest: VIP vest melee hit results set to none instead of stun but still consumes the vest layer
animations: the VIP has a shorter stun duration and moves 25% slower
weapons: added player death lock to the water gun
equipment: decreased the binoculars rangefinder projectile retrigger time by 66%
projectiles: increased the Summer event banana flares commonness significantly
wearables: nerfed the rabbit costume slightly in detectability and movement speed
quick matches: fixed some weapons being wrongly in stock in the armory
