EU Ranked is back online. We are still working on resolving the issue but we managed to reboot the specific server that was stuck and causing all the issues.
We'll keep an eye on this and are working on a hotfix for deployment ASAP.

We think we may have found the issue and are going to attempt a hotfix as soon as possible!

We've been investigating a bug that came out of nowhere in the last half hour. Ranked matches on EU servers appear to be booting players back to the menu instantly. US ranked matches have been reported to work fine.
Servers and matchmaking seem to be functioning fine and we can't find the root cause just yet. We hope we'll get it resolved tomorrow!
For now we recommend you try out Quick Match instead.
Note: you can always change the server to the region you want in the settings menu.
Please let us know if you encounter any other bugs, we honestly weren't expecting this many players and we've not really been able to stress test the servers to this level! Tomorrow Bart and I will be looking into these issues again.
