Added “Safe Windowed Mode” launch option. Try this is you’re having trouble running the game with the default launch option.
Made display mode detection/changing more robust to address issues with uncommon video card and monitor configurations.

Hotfix for Practice Mode Update
This update contains just one fix for a small bug in the latest update: Fixed case where resume/restart appears (instead of start) on the level select screen when you start a level, complete the checkpoint, restart back to the first checkpoint, then return to the level select screen.
