This update contains changes to the Daily Challenge, an accuracy fix for the detail pen and paint bucket, and some new one-time pop-up menus for galleries.
The version number displayed on the first screen is wrong! It says '4f'. Ignore that.... Now the things I got right:
- i improved the accuracy of the detail pen
- i made it so that a first-time player would go straight to the studio
- i fixed an error (caused by the above change), where new users would be unable to do anything (WHOA!)
- i found the error that was making people's paintings upload under the wrong user number! (i also fixed it)
- i set up the "featured artist" search in the Harbor.
- i fixed an issue for canvas detection in portrait mode
- i fixed the error where selecting paint bucket would change brush size.
- i created a pop-up window that allows you to view the daily challenge gallery without creating an entry
- you now receive a copy of all paintings you make in the daily challenge.
- you may now vote on Daily Challenge paintings from previous days
- there is no longer a "winner" for daily challenges, judge for yourself!
- I changed the amount of Bits and Renown you get for making Daily Draws: it scales with artist level.
- each vote cast now costs 10 bits.
- voting 3 times in 1 play session grants +1 renown per second for 12 hours.
- the first time you view a gallery, you get a pop-up about it. For existing users, i apologize, but it will only happen once!
