Monthversary Update

Good day chefs! It's been one month since we released Diner Bros, and we want to thank you all for your support. But as we told you when we opened the doors of this restaurant, opening day was but the first step on a long journey for a game that will keep growing and receiving new content over the next months. To celebrate the first month on Steam, we're releasing today our Monthversary Update with new features, such as 11 new challenge levels, a new Special Costumer, a new Endless Mode, and many new achievements -- along with some quality of life fixes and changes. Check out the full patch notes below. And to mark this occasion, we're happy to announce that Diner Bros will be -10% off for a few days. Bon appétit!

NEW FEATURES

• 11 New Challenge Levels! Now including HARDCORE levels
• New Special Customer! The Diva will begin visiting after obtaining 2 stars
• Endless Mode! How long can you last? Unlocked after obtaining 3 stars
• The Burger Trophy! Can be purchased after obtaining 3 stars
• Auto-run! Activate this feature in the Options Menu
• New Achievements:

  • The Golden Burger (Secret!)

CHANGES

• The Artist:
  • The Old Artist behavior has been assigned to the Diva. The New Artist will now arrive part way through the 2 star restaurant with a new behavior.
  • The Diva/Old Artist patience has been increased
  • The Diva/Old Artist will no longer order "Chicken and Fries"

• Challenge Mode:
  • Now playable solo. Solo players have a faster sprint and can hold multiple items. Levels marked as "2+" are still co-op only.
  • Increased difficulty (Challenge mode should be challenging!)

• Food Critic:
  • Will now be satisfied if his order is completed (Previously, he had to be served quickly leading to difficulty in the final stages)
  • Arrives slightly earlier

• Updated achievement icons

FIXES

• Character Select now remembers the last character each player picked
• Improved aiming/movement (Feedback appreciated!)
• Improved balancing (1-2 players slightly easier, 3-4 players slightly harder)
• Changed location of star counter in challenge mode
• Customers won't emote "no" when player serves a drink while multi-holding 2 drink types
