One of the highlights of the patch is an improved tutorial for the Victims and Extraction Phase. Midway through levels, you find a victim that you are supposed to deliver to Dracula. However, you have the choice to save them instead.
Sacrificing them to your evil boss will refill your health, and make the extraction phase easier. Saving them confers no such bonuses, but does offer the chance to find additional unlockable content on your way out.
Additionally, we've:
- Fixed the crash on exiting the game
- Squashed the bug that removed shop descriptions
- Added invincibility frames to prevent mass swarm damage
- Balanced the difficulty and character progression even further
- Fixed other bugs and tightened other features
