📢 Final Notice on Early Access Service Termination & Operation Schedule

Hello, Super Soldiers.
We sincerely thank all of you who have continued to support and play SUPER PEOPLE Early Access after its relaunch.
First, we would like to offer our deepest apologies for not being able to release the new game mode that was under development prior to the service termination.
Although we made every effort to provide a better experience until the very end, internal circumstances prevented us from delivering this content, which is deeply regrettable for our entire operations team.
We would like to inform you that the service termination and refund schedule has now been adjusted and finalized as outlined below.
Accordingly, SUPER PEOPLE Early Access service will officially end on February 23, 2026 (Monday).

* Feb 9, 2026 - Service termination notice and refund requests & processing for Diamond purchases made within the last 7 days
* Feb 13, 2026 - In-app Diamond purchases disabled / New store downloads blocked / Refund eligibility verification requests for existing purchases begin
* Feb 23, 2026 - Early Access service and game servers shut down

* Purchases made in “SUPER PEOPLE 2,” which was terminated after service between 2022 and 2023, cannot be refunded due to the absence of transaction records.
In addition, package purchases are also not eligible for refunds in accordance with Steam’s refund policy.
* For purchases made more than 7 days prior to the service termination notice, refunds may be restricted in accordance with Steam’s refund policy. However, we will collect user requests for such cases and submit them to Steam separately for review.

We sincerely apologize once again for any confusion or inconvenience caused during the service termination process.
We will do our utmost to ensure that the remaining refund and shutdown procedures are completed as smoothly as possible.
