President Noir has been rebuilt from scratch and developed as v2. We are thrilled to announce that we are resuming the service as a Beta starting April 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM (UTC)!
For this full renewal, both the client and server have been completely revamped. The UI is now more refined, and by separating the server functions, the game runs much lighter and smoother. Additionally, we are excited to announce that English language support has been added!
Platform: Windows / Mac only (Available via Steam Playtest)
Match Type: Online multiplayer only
Players: 2 - 4 players
Cross-play: Players on Windows and Mac can play against each other.
Game Modes:
Room Match: Create a room and play "President" with players who join.
Public Room: If no password is set, the room will be visible on the room list for anyone to join.
Private Room: If a password is set, the room will be hidden from the list. Players must enter the Room ID and password to join.
(Coming Soon) Free Match: A new feature that automatically matches you with other players looking for a quick game without needing to create a room.
Rule Updates: Some local rules that were available in v1, such as "Omen" and "Enhanced 8 Cut" (強化8切り), have been removed for now. We are currently considering bringing them back along with other new local rules in future updates.
Beta Notice & Feedback: During the Beta period, President Noir is completely free to play. Please note that we will be collecting game logs to help improve the game's quality. We kindly ask you to review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Bug reports and feature requests are greatly appreciated! Please submit them via this form.
Looking Ahead: The official release will take place once we determine that a sufficient number of President local rules have been added and the game is running stably. While we don't have an exact date yet, we are targeting Summer 2026. Furthermore, we plan to announce our roadmap for upcoming features in April, so stay tuned!
