Hi everyone, just some bugfixes!

Fix potential crash when explosions happen just as scan finishes in coop.
Fix crash when rogue finale is a colossus battle.
Fix crash when reload weapon is triggered on dead player.
Fix crash when player dies in rogue run before any rogue data is saved.
Fix crash when trying to stop AI on a mech whose AI has already stopped.
Simplified collision box for chests so players wont get stuck.
Selecting cosmetics on gamepad now saves properly.
