CV1 update and small fix

Hi, some news here:

• Added Oculus Rift CV1 support.
• HTC Vive users can pick locations with their hands.

To pick location you need to look at monitor with your head (CV1 users) or point your controller (Vive users).

Than just press A on X-box controller or Trigger on Vive to teleport!
To start the ride press those buttons again.
