Changes:
- There's a new avatar available that you can select when starting a new game.
- Book design dialog: Removed some options that have not been implemented yet. You can now publish non-fiction books with a hardcover (currently, there's no impact on sales/cost).
- Improved the end game screen.
- Fixed a bug where autosave would trigger just after the game was over.
