Major Changes

Event Difficulty Selection

Are events too easy? Or perhaps impossible for your tiny guild? Read below.

With this update, we offer a new power to Guild officers; Event Difficulty Selection. For each of our Guild Events (Lost City of Gold, King’s Caprice and Dragon Invasion), a difficulty level can be chosen.

For players comfortable with event difficulty until now, Hard offers similar rewards and challenges. Easy and Medium are more appropriate for smaller guilds of newer players, offering lesser rewards in exchange for a more reasonable challenge.

Extreme is suited for established guilds of advanced players, wishing to face steeper requirements in exchange for greater rewards. In addition, it features a few extra bonus rewards beyond the Grand Prize, for guilds who want to go the extra mile.

New Event Difficulties are unlocked through the Town Hall building level. Once a new difficulty is unlocked, it can be assigned to one or more events individually by officers. Keep in mind however that an event’s difficulty cannot be changed while the event is running.

As part of this update, your guild’s event difficulties will be automatically set to the highest difficulty allowed by your Town Hall. It will however not automatically be set to Extreme, to prevent presenting an insurmountable challenge to unwary guilds. If you’d like to tackle the Extreme difficulty, it can be manually assigned by any guild officer.

To see the score requirements for the grand prize of each event and difficulty, read further down below.

Minor Changes

  • A “Personal Best” indication has been added to Lost City of Gold, King’s Caprice and Dragon Invasion events. This way, players can easily see how well they performed in the past and strive to surpass themselves!

  • Receiving duplicates of Collection Cards now also gives you Card Shards.

  • Added a new fusion recipe to make Common Collection Card Packs, using Card Shards.

    • This Fusion is available for everyone!

  • Updated decorations across the board to be able to attract visitors more easily.

  • Added new worker statues to Grab Bags.

  • Artifact blueprints are no longer a possible item requested by Champions.

  • The Platinum Shop Frame is now available in Platinum Chests.

Balance Changes

  • Increased the odds of receiving a Chase Card in all the Collection Card Pack.

  • Chase Cards now give a bonus as soon as you receive one.

    • Those bonuses have been slightly increased overall as well.

  • Collection Card Packs can now drop from the Piggy Bank and be purchased from the Fortune Zone Store.

  • A new 12th quest difficulty has been added to the Lost City of Gold.

  • Alongside that new quest, all LCOG difficulties have been tuned: quests now last 90 minutes but yield roughly 50% more Pure Gold.

  • Break chances for the LCOG quests have been slightly reduced.

  • Increased the maximum item tier that can drop in the Fortune Zone Store from 11 to 14.

  • Changed the Defense stat to HP for the Titan Scepter Blueprint.

King Schedule

The King will return as a Guest Champion starting on July 21st until the 24th.

Notable Bug Fixes

  • A long press will now showcase the Blueprint Details in a reward track.

  • Fixed an issue where Furniture Skins were not purchasable from the King's Caprice Antique Store.

  • Fixed an issue where the odds of rolling an Ancient Jungle quest component in the Fortune Zone Store and Grab Bags was higher than intended.

  • Fixed an issue where obtaining a new Collection Card could trigger an unlock notification for some wallpapers and floorings.

  • Fixed an issue where the Login Calendar HUD icon would show up in the City screen.

  • Fixed an issue where the Gem Fountain would no longer appear for sale on the webstore if it expired at any point.

  • Fixed some blueprint types displaying an Airship Power stat when they cannot be donated in Dragon Invasion.
