Balance Changes

Buffed Overheater
Buffed Prismatic Beam
Slower price increases in Infinity's Edge mode
Better drops from crates
Better powers spawn in normal challenge rooms
Higher base rate of special room spawns
Increased special room spawn rate in Infinity's Edge mode
More level variety in early Infinity's Edge mode
More enemy variety in Celestial District level

Bug Fixes

Fixed Hidden rooms not being locked
Fixed Abyssal Docks level enemy waves
Added ScrapAvenger to Scrapyard level
