Minor update 1.35 - Missing Dialog Tree

This update brings a minor fix to a rare dialog tree that didn't appear due to incorrect conditions.

In Chapter 13, if the player decides to play as Treble, and wins the minigame, a dialog from the player could ask Junior "Why did you do this ?"

This dialog would never trigger prior to v1.35
