It’s sooo strange to finally write that.
This project started as a small idea about working the night shift in a tiny corner shop. Just you, the shelves, the register… And then this idea developed. We started adding things. We planned.
Since then it slowly grew into a full game. Many (believe me, icybutspicy dev knows this better than anyone) late nights, lots of fixing things that broke, adding small details to the shop, testing the same shift over and over again.
And now it’s almost time for players to step inside. It is super exciting.
Releasing a game is a weird mix of excitement and absolute terror, but we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who wishlisted the game, followed development or just stopped by the page out of curiosity. It means more than you probably realize.
Tomorrow the doors open.
If you decide to work the night shift with us…
we hope you enjoy your time in the shop.
Good luck out there and... "wake up, Adam".
