V1.01 is live.
Fixes include:

Added version number to title screen
Ball bounces less on flippers, making for a smoother experience.
Table 01's ball start position has been changed, meaning it won't fall straight into the fail zone as often.
Score should reset between Tables
debug way to reset the game by holding down flippers for several seconds has been removed.
