Modified some menus:
-Added "Controls" to Main and Pause menus and moved related items to it.
-Added "Interface Options" to Options menu and moved related items from Gameplay menu to it.
-Moved "Credits" to Main Menu.
-Moved "Elixir Heal Amount" to Gameplay menu and increased max value from 20 to 30.

-Added Player Option: Ammo Capacity x1 / x2 / x4 / x8 / x16 / x32 or Unlimited(Default)
-Added Gameplay Option: Ammo Crate Refill Amount 10-100%
-Added New Game Option: Ammo Crate Density 0-100%
