Fixes
Fixed fullscreen issue. There was an issue where switching to fullscreen would result in the screen extending beyond the boundaries of the monitor. This is now fixed.
Fixed desktop resolution issue. There was an issue where changing the game resolution would affect the size/resolution of the operating system desktop. This is now fixed.
Windowed mode issue. There was an issue where switching to windowed mode would sometimes position the window beyond the boundaries of the monitor. The window position now defaults to the center of the screen.
Brightness issue. There was an issue where adjusting the video brightness option would affect the brightness of the operating system desktop. This is now fixed.
