Familiar Travels? More like.. Freemiliar Public Transportels!
Starting September 1st, Familiar Travels Volume One will be completely FTP!
Halftone Studios, in its infancy of reforming and slowly working on/releasing new, small scale visual novel projects has decided to release the first chapter of Familiar Travels completely free to own, forever.
At the moment, Halftone Studios is spread to the nine-winds, a few projects having fizzled out and everyone starting and stopping new lives, in this crazy world it's hard to keep things together, so I (rose) am focusing my efforts on creating small projects, with similar writing/storytelling/music as Familiar Travels, there's no real release date on that, but I'll be posting updates on one place, My Bluesky
I don't really post a lot on there, or use social media in general. So.. if you follow me you will not be subjected to too much random posting. The attention from Familiar Travels and subsequent public things was a bit much for my kitty brain so I prefer.. locking myself away in a cabin and writing until something is done, I am not suuuper great at community stuff, but if you ever reach out to me either there, or on discord (void_roses) we can talk!

I have no plans on making chapter two free at the moment, but there's tons of stuff in chapter one guys!
So yes, Familiar Travels will be going free to play! I hope you enjoy that!
Chapter Two on such platforms as itch will be adjusted price wise accordingly as well, so a reduce of 50% for that.. Yah!
