1. Add Death Panel in case player don't know what happened after character death. Player can check "Do Not Show Again" to avoid interruption in future, also can enable it again in option panel.
2. Change unavailable game features in tutorial from totally invisible to transparent.
3. Remake Skill Videos for skill description panel since UI change.
4. Add Space to cancel skill since ESC key is inconvenience.
5. Fix: Jump skill shows able to jump left and right but unable to use it that way.
6. Fix: Skill icons are inconsistent with actual skill video.
7. Fix: Other minor bugs.
