Added D-input support for Windows. This should enable users with older/generic controllers to use them in the game.
Please note that buttons might be mapped differently than on x-input controllers and you might have to enable analogue mode (or try other things) in order to use your controller.
If you encounter any troubles, please report in the community forums and remember to mention what version of the game you are using (for example, 1.0.4. Spanish) and what kind of controller (x-input or d-input).
