Ahoy Deckhands!

In the past few months, we’ve been sailing full speed ahead with development. Bugs have been fixed, features added, enemies balanced, interfaces created… It’s quite a long list, but we’d like to share the most important highlights:

  • Quest system. Sailing the seas is now more entertaining than ever. This is also the first step toward building the story.

  • New promotion system. Based on the feedback we’ve received.

  • New professions. Since the promotion system is richer than ever, we’ve introduced three new professions to do it justice: the Cook, the Shooter, and the Deckhand.

  • New cards. Not much more to add here.

  • Gameplay changes. You can now fire more times… before firing even more times.

  • Unlock system. Professions, cards, and trinkets now need to be unlocked.

  • Enemy AI improvements. To make them a challenge that’s tough but still fun.

  • Interface improvements. Now they’re more consistent and polished.

  • Combat effect upgrades. Because a cannon shot is always better when it looks powerful.

  • Main menu. We had one before, but it needed a little love.
