Changed keyboard controls to use the WASD keys.

Temporarily changed the controller notation in the rankings
Up to v2.0, ranking data for controller use was displayed with an icon that included both a keyboard and a controller. Starting from v2.1, it will be displayed with a controller-only icon.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where the overall game volume was too loud.
The overall volume has been adjusted to half of the previous level.
Fixed an issue where online connections were sometimes unavailable.
Made various minor fixes.
