March+April 2025 Dev Update

As we approach our Early Access release on April 14th, we wanted to share a behind-the-scenes look at what we’ve been working on over the past two months. Our small indie team has been pushing hard to bring HR Simulator to life — improving core systems, polishing visuals, and enhancing the overall gameplay experience.

System

• Increase office timeslot from 3 to 4
• Fixed Various UI, Interaction Bug, Animation, Mood issues
• Improved Loading and Transition Systems
• Enhancing Tutorial System for better OnBoarding
• Implementing Item Interaction
• Optimized build settings
• Revised Character 60 Character data (CV's, Dialogues, Job titles)
• Implementing Volumetric lights for night mode
• Implementing Mood +1 after going to toilet
• Updateing Tutorial Map

Gameplay

• Renewed interview system
• Adjusting employee Productivity, Stress, and Training mechanics
• Fixed issues with hiring and firing sequences
• Added new Special Characters
• Added calculator minigame on training sections
• Added cooking minigame for night time
• New Email and Cover letters Dialogue=

Visual

• Imported new character animations and refined Sitting position animation
• Added 4 new loading screens
• New special characters
• Enhancing UI Elements
• Adjusting Office scale
• Implementing Special Character Animation fort interview result (Accepted/ Rejected)
• Implemented New UI for Ummu's mood

Sound

• Enhancing Footstep SFX
• Adding Training Minigame BGM
• Adding Employee Stats SFX
